4.7 billion rubles will be allocated in the Perm region for the development of agriculture and rural areas in 2014.
This year, the federal, regional and local budgets will allocate about 4.7 billion rubles for two areas: “Sustainable development of rural areas” and “Support for the agricultural industry,” the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Perm Region informed.
Thus, in the area of "Sustainable development of rural areas" 1.2 billion rubles will be allocated for the construction of housing, water and gas supply systems in rural areas, which is 2 times higher than in 2013. The Ministry notes that in the current year the budget will support only the localities which are implementing investment projects in the agricultural sector.
3.5 billion rubles will be allocated from budgets of different levels this year to support the agricultural industry in Prikamye, which is 0.9 billion rubles more than last year. According to the Minister of Agriculture and Food of Perm Region Ivan Ogorodov, the Regional Government lays the main emphasis on encouraging enterprises in the implementation of investment projects, they will be subsidized through the regional economically important programs. For example, it is planned to appropriate 158.4 million rubles to support investment projects in the crop production and 893.9 million rubles in the livestock farming.
